To See the Invisible Man was from the new Twilight Zone series from the 80s. It was an adaptation of a short story from the 60s written by Robert Silverberg. I desperately want to remake this as a short film! I’ve started notes on how to update it (including aspects of social media and virtual life in a near future setting. I first starting thinking about telling a story of social media isolation when I read an article about teenagers being grounded in their digital lives by their parents; their phones and internet access being revoked) and have sketched out a storyboard for an alteration to the ending. Now, of course, getting the rights to the story and financing are a whole other matter, but storyboarding it will be the first step in that process.
